Service Scope
Pricing
We haul the items listed in our service section in this website. We reserve the right to decline any load that poses a safety or legal risk.
Prices are quoted as flat rates. The quoted price is what you pay.
Cancellation
The deposit made to book an appointment becomes a cancelation fee when a cancelation is made less than 24 hours before arrival (appointment time) or at arrival (appointment time), this fee is not refundable and will cover booking time lost, our teams team's and/or gas expenses.
Property
We're insured and careful, but if damage occurs to your property due to our work, please report it before we leave. We address damage claims in good faith.
Donations & Recycling
Once items leave your property, they become Rhino's Dirt & Demo's responsibility to dispose of. We donate or recycle wherever possible; otherwise we landfill responsibly.
